1. Course Enrollment & Fees
Once you enroll in a course and payment is completed, your seat is confirmed.
Course fees are generally non-refundable, except in specific cases mentioned below.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
You are charged multiple times for the same course due to a technical/payment error.
The course you purchased is not delivered (e.g., cancellation from our end).
You request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have not attended more than 1 live class or accessed more than 10% of the course content.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
You have already accessed/consumed a significant portion of the course.
You fail to attend live sessions or complete the course within the given time.
Your dissatisfaction is based on personal preference (e.g., teaching style, accent, or speed).
Offers, discounts, or promotional purchases are non-refundable.

Eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
